We’ve used Wesley Carpenter as “our HVAC guy” for years, so it was just natural to follow him to ETR. I noticed that the fan on our outside unit wasn’t spinning and called him. He walked me through a couple of things it could be and then, after eliminating those, came out and found the issue. This unit is older, but his experience always shines through on what the best route for repair is. As usual, we were thrilled with Wesley’s expertise and his professionalism. I really liked that ETR texted me when he would be coming and included a picture so we’d know who to expect. We’ve talked to a couple of other people with ETR and they put forth the same professional service and attention to detail that Wesley does.
