Sitting at home today and noticed the room was warm-80F. The green light on the Daikin display was blinking and the AC wasn’t working. Error code said A0, which means condensate line was stopped up. With family visiting tomorrow, I was in a bind. Called ETR and Caley answered. I explained the situation and in 30 minutes Wesley and Mason with ETR arrived. Found two out of four condensate lines at the pump slimed up. Cleaned them up and had the system running again within an hour and a half. The room is cooling down as I write this and looking forward to our family visit tomorrow! Great job Wesley and Mason! This is the service I expect and ETR delivered!
