Highly recommend ETR! Came into work around 8 am and immediately notice the A/C was not working. After calling and speaking with Whitney, she was able to send two friendly and professional technicians to our facility with in a couple of hours. Which I was pleasantly surprise and grateful on how fast they were able to arrive. They immediately got to work and I say within an hour to and hour and a half figure out was wrong and fix the problem. Even was nice enough to change the filter and clean up the mess. 🙂 So starting from the time I called 8am to the job being complete, 12pm (4 hours) we now have cool air again. (Which in TX is a God Send) We are super happy with ETR for the speediness and ability to fix the problem. Thank you Whitney and ETR for being our hero and saving the day.
Our service technician, Ryan, was very courteous and professional. He arrived within the service window and immediately started working on our AC system. The problem was a bad capacitor which he replaced. Even though this seemed to fix the problem it stopped cooling about five minutes after the new capacitor was installed. He thoroughly checked out the system as was able to resolve the issue. He also stayed and monitored the system for a while to insure that it was operating correctly.I would highly recommend Ryan as he did a fantastic job for us !
Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service I received from ETR today. First time using them. Excellent customer service from start to finish.The girl I spoke to on the phone was extremely pleasant and helpful, and my service tech Austin was very professional and extremely knowledgeable, and he had us back up and running in no time.Great experience all around!Will definitely continue to use them in the future. My first visit for A/C preventative maintenance under my ESA was awesome. Patrick Thompson called ahead of arriving to let me know he was 15 minutes away and he arrived on time. This Tech was knowledgeable and explained all steps of this service visit. He also took time to answer a few questions I had. I'm very pleased with ETR who also installed and commissioned my new A/C Unit. You are in good hands with ETR they will take good care of you.
I don’t expect anyone to come out immediately, especially at night. But at least communicate with me if you say someone’s going to call me and let me know what’s going on, and not leave me guessing for two hours. I expected a lot more out of a company that got a lot of good reviews. Wasn’t impressed at all. Called Kelly AC instead and they were way more professional and communicated with me as promised.
Great service. Dylan Wall (Tech) was very focused on solving my equipment troubles. He was very efficient, quickly found the trouble spot and recommended a solution. My system is now up an running and temperatures family wide are returning back to a cooler normal !
Trevor and his helper did a good job installing my new heat pump. They were here on time and had the new unit installed before the house got too hot. They thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. I'm very pleased.
Keaton and Chris came out and gave me a diagnosis and fair price to fix my unit. Have had several other companies out with no one showing much care to actually fix the problem. Highly recommend!
Larry Smith was BEYOND fantastic!!! He showed up right on time 🏆 explained everything he was going to do, when he could tell I was confused he would bring me to the unit and explain exactly what he was talking about so I could understand.Larry took his time & did a very thorough job! The initial reason we called ETR was for a unit that stopped working- the girls in the office told me my options and we decided to sign up for the maintenance plan. Larry did our biannual maintenance & discovered & repaired the issue that made the unit stop working. We were beyond pleased with Larry & will be requesting he is sent for all of our maintenance visits!HIGHLY recommend ETR!
Air was working great prior to maintenance work, but after the work the thermostat would show the system wasn’t cooling and the air would not shut off. A 2nd maintenance worker arrived and shut the air off. When he turned it back on it showed it had cooled and would shut the system off. I now have to set the thermostat lower to get the house to feel as cool as it did prior to the maintenance.On a positive note all employees were extremely courteous.
Dylan came to our home May 9, 2022. He was very friendly and did a very good job getting our capacitor or battery replace. Our cool air was back on after sleeping in the heat all night. He was friendly with my pets and even wanted to pet my 100 pound dog who I had shut in my bedroom because she is not normally friendly with men. I opened the door and she did not have a problem with him. Dylan was able to pet her and she like him which is very unusual for her. I am very happy with their service and attitude which is wonderful. Thank you Dylan.
Great service tech (James) and professional experience. Had a small communication challenging on my end and James fixed it right up. Explained the program, what the service provided and cost and then got right to work. Was finished timely and left ZERO mess which is huge in my opinion. Would highly recommend them and James for future use!
Unit not cooling, called ETR and within 30 minutes Austin arrived, diagnosed the problem, told us price to replace part and completed job. He has previously repaired one of our units and we would recommend him and ETR highly.
Recently I had ETR install a complete heating and air conditioning system. Preston, Trevor and Christian were my installers. They were on time, professional and very knowledgeable. In one day they took out the units and I had and installed the new units. They were cautious with my furniture and other belongings and they cleaned up they're work area. They even made sure I knew how to operate the new digital thermostat. I now have all brand new units professionally installed and with a great warranty. These guys were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them to everyone!

Great company to use for a/c & heating problems. There’s a whole lot of things they can do for you that goes above and beyond othera/c contractors. There is no rush to get off the job. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. No mess left behind. Fast response time! Never have had to wait for them. I highly recommend giving them a shot.
ETR was very quick to respond when my air condition went out. The service tech, Matt, was super nice, professional, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. He also did a full inspection of the unit as well. When he saw we were in a new house (5 years old) he asked if I knew if the unit was under warranty. I didn’t know and he called the office to check and it was. So the part he replaced was not charged to me!!! Now that is service!!
My unit was just shy of 10 years old by 15 days. They came out diagnosed the problem fix the problem under the warranty. A few days later the system erupted again this time Blane Owens came out.I cannot say enough good things about Blane! I actually waited for his schedule to coincide with mine to do my repairs on further. I have not had any issue since. I was comfortable turning my back on him he's personable, professional, competent very smart very good at what he does and he's cute to boot :-)I won't have anyone else come out I'll wait for him to be available he's the best! 5 stars to Blane!!
They came out very quick after calling at 7:30 at night. Dylan the technician was very helpful in helping me understand what was wrong and even offered to get me a window unit because we needed a whole new unit. Very polite and great service!
Dylan Wall came out and did an amazing job of fixing my AC unit that was not running. There was a minor hiccup due to having a bad motor out of the box. However, he put in another new motor and everything is running smoothly now. Dylan has been professional and friendly throughout the whole process, and I highly recommend his service.

We were in an emergent bind. One of our 4 AC units (heat pumps) stopped working and the temp in the house was in the 80’s and climbing.We called our established company, with whom we’ve had a 15+ year relationship AND their service agreement, and were told the soonest anyone would be available would be 24 hours later.I did a couple of google review searches and my intuition pointed me to ETR. My call was answered promptly. I was talking to a tech, Herbert Hardy, within 10 minutes and he arrived within the hour (only because he lived 45 minutes away). He spent several hours trying to fix our unit, which was sadly on its last leg.Herbert was kind, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. We didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us anything we didn’t need.What he said he would do, he had already done before I was able to call the office the next morning at 0800.In less than two hours I had Jarrod McKinley at my house, evaluating my entire system and explaining the pros and cons of what options were available.Before noon I had bids delivered, questions answered, an entire new unit ordered and scheduled for installation.Icing on the cake, they brought me a temporary window unit to keep that side of the house cool until the new unit can be installed.All of this was done before my long term company was even willing to show up to assess the problem.ETR you have a very satisfied customer for life!!

I’m so pleased with ETR! Keaton stopped by to check our 20 year old A/C and was able to confirm what I was already thinking! Our system is on it’s last leg. The house was flipped and square footage and vents were added but the system wasn’t updated. Aaron was able to swing straight over as he was doing a job nearby. Both gentleman were professional and courteous. I recommend this company if you are in need of anything heating and cooling.
Service repair technician showed up very quickly after call out after 9 PM. I recieved a call as well as a text with photo of technician and an estimated time of arrival. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He had the right part in the repair truck and my air conditioning was back to cooling in no time! 5 stars all the way. Highly recommended!
I had a very prompt and professional technician by the name of Patrick that thoroughly inspected my AC unit in the attic and outside, explained what my setup was since I just moved into this house, and changed out my filters. I appreciate the time spent informing me of the system details and Patrick was very friendly. I definitely recommend ETR.

ETR came to do a routine maintenance check on AC unit, spent time to thoroughly check all components. Found one capacitor that was not operating fully, replaced it so as not to have an additional service call at a later date. Very satisfied with the service.

I have semi annual air handling system checkup. I believe it saves money in the long run. My appt this morning was preceded by text that technician was coming with his picture. I felt safe. Austin was professional and provided me with feedback with my system. He was efficient did a nice job.

In 2014 we upgraded our a/c system to a Trane. The ETR company services our system and we have been absolutely satisfied with every contact we have ever had with the company from the very helpful office personnel to the very competent and professional services staff. Aaron Miller was very courteous and knowledgeable. He performed a heat load analysis for my three AC/Heating systems. He provided information that was pertinent to my home as one of my systems is being replaced through my home warranty.
Dylan came out to do a basic service check on our residential system. He was thoroughly professional, yet personable and friendly. The whole encounter seemed more like a friend or family visit than a service call. He is a very knowledgable and skilled technician, and explained everything he was doing. We decided to purchase the ESA in large part because of the impression Dylan left. Very impressed.
Wouldn’t you know it, had a hard freeze and heater went out. ETR quickly diagnosed the problem. Not their fault, but supply chain issues delayed installation a week! Luckily, Brian said we could run it while we were there so we could watch it. Actually enjoyed sleeping in the cold like I did in the house I grew up in! Wife and dog didn’t though! All good now. Think I’m getting the service agreement this time.
Tyrone was awesome. Great attitude.. found all problems quickly.. resolved all problems quickly.. was a pleasure doing business with him.. highly recommend!!

Words cannot express how pleased I am with the equipment your company installed in my residence March 30. As a design and research engineer for Lennox 28 years and Trane 12 years, I can be a pretty fussy guy about equipment design and installation. Never would I have thought that, in this day and age, such professionalism was being practiced.
