I RECEIVED A CALL FROM ETR AFTER THE PREVIOUS REVIEW. THEY SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN TO RIG MY HEATER SO WE WOULD HAVE ELECTRIC HEAT WHILE WE WAIT FOR THE PARTS TO ARRIVE. WE DID RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM ETR ON TUESDAY THAT WENT TO THE JUNK FILE. THIS WAS AFTER I CALLED ON MONDAY FOR AN UPDATE ON THE PARTS. THAT CALL WAS MADE AT CLOSE TO THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY ON MONDAY. THERE'S MORE TO THIS STORY BUT I WILL NOT GO INTO DETAILS. I DO WANT TO SAY THAT MOST OF ETRs TECHNICIANS ARE WONDERFUL! I WOULD SAY 99% OF THE TECHs THAT HAVE COME TO FIX MY NEW TRANE HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND COURTIOUS, AND FOLLOWED THROUGH WITH THEIR PROMISES TO US.
Going on 2WEEKS without heat!! It's has been in the 30s at night, this weekend it will be in the TEENS at night. I sit in my house with layers of clothes and electric blankets. ETR does not update me on the status of the PARTS they ordered, I must call every day to find out they have not received the parts!! These parts should have been EXPEDITED!! A company that has compassion and good Customer Service would have had the parts sent express shipping not ground!! These parts are to repair a TRANE HVAC that ETE installed NEW in 2020! This is the THIRD TIME we've had to have this NEW system REPAIRED!!! ETR has terrible Customer Service and NO COMPASSION for their Customers!!

Caleb & Jack were friendly, knowledgeable, customer-service oriented & very professional.
They were efficient in providing the semi-annual maintenance, and replaced parts as required to keep the heating/air conditioning unit running smoothly. They did their job
in a timely manner.
I would not hesitate to call ETR! I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them.
In addition, Brittany Marsh, Longview ETR ESA Manager, is an excellent example of professionalism and has exceptional customer service attitude!
Tiffany, ETR Tyler, also, provided great customer service and was very professional.
All these individuals need to be recognized for their 5 star service and positive, can-do attitudes!
I have one question. With the new Trane compressor, do I get a free checkup whenever that is, or do I have to wait until you call us and then pay the funds for the checkup? Or will you call us and let us know when a free one will be scheduled?

Words cannot express how pleased I am with the equipment your company installed in my residence March 30. As a design and research engineer for Lennox 28 years and Trane 12 years, I can be a pretty fussy guy about equipment design and installation. Never would I have thought that, in this day and age, such professionalism was being practiced.
